Climb Torre Tavira for the rooftops. A drink at Plaza de San Juan de Dios. Tapas at Mercado Central de Abastos.

Day two — Parque Bahía
Kayak through the wetlands, spot flamingos, lunch on a hidden beach.
Day 3
Day three — Jerez de la Frontera
A bodega in the morning, a flamenco tablao at night. Andalusian horses in between.
